Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC), was launched in Nairobi in September 2012 and registered as a company in January 2015. It was the first Climate Innovation Center (CIC) to be established by the World Bank Group’s Climate Technology Program. KCIC offers incubation, capacity building, and financing options to new, small and medium business ventures and Kenyan entrepreneurs that are developing innovations to address the challenges of climate change. KCIC provides holistic and country-driven support to accelerate the development, deployment, and transfer of locally relevant climate technologies. 

KCIC Consulting Ltd, is a multidisciplinary professional services firm that specializes in providing advisory support for sustainable development initiatives. It engages with clients to address critical challenges by providing access to the best possible expertise and solutions for achieving efficiency and creating the desired impact.
